Frank E. Allen
Frank Allen started the Executive Placement firm that bears his name in 1985, after spending 23 years in various aspects of human resources. Successes were achieved in starting up an H.R. department, serving on the executive team reporting to the President and in a trouble shooting capacity for field locations. Much of his success was due to his ability to assess needs, coordinate them with other members of the team, and the ability to follow through to completion.
Prior to establishing his own firm, Frank spent four years with two leading executive placement firms providing the transition from corporate human resources to executive search. In his spare time, Frank enjoys collecting art.
