Frank E. Allen

Frank Allen started the Executive Placement firm that bears his name in 1985, after spending 23 years in various aspects of human resources. Successes were achieved in starting up an H.R. department, serving on the executive team reporting to the President and in a trouble shooting capacity for field locations. Much of his success was due to his ability to assess needs, coordinate them with other members of the team, and the ability to follow through to completion.
 

Prior to establishing his own firm, Frank spent four years with two leading executive placement firms providing the transition from corporate human resources to executive search. In his spare time, Frank enjoys collecting art.

Mark Allen has recruited HR Executives for 15 years with Frank Allen & Associates, LLC., first specializing in Compensation Analysts, Recruiters, and lower level HR positions and evolving to a broad range of HR professionals up to VP levels. Mark has provided technology development & upgrades at Frank Allen & Associates. After 3 years at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals (now Novartis) serving as a division recruiter, he joined the firm. Mark often conducts highly specialized. searches for HRIS (SAP/Peoplesoft) to Expatriate Compensation / Tax, Benefits Design, MD/OD, OE etc.
